2. Products and availability
Products sold on Dal Campo are fresh fruit, vegetables and artisan goods from small local producers. Available quantities vary according to seasonal harvests.
The weight shown (e.g. “/ kg”) is approximate; invoicing is based on actual delivered weight with a ±10% tolerance.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments. The purchase contract is concluded when the order confirmation email is sent.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the zones shown on the map. Orders placed before 8:00 pm on a weekday are delivered the following day. Free delivery on orders over €35.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Art. 59(d) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to fresh and perishable goods.
For non-perishable, packaged and unopened products, you may withdraw within 14 days of receipt. Write to ordini@dalcampo.me quoting your order number.
6. Complaints and defective products
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence. For disputes between businesses, the exclusive jurisdiction is the Court of Verona. ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
